By consigning an order to the consignment address we have delivered to you as yours, you agree to pay for the published cost of freight your product from Miami or another origin to Panama. We do not accept returns for cargo that was already shipped from Miami to or Panama and that incurred costs for Tramex Box. In the event that Tramex Box makes a charge that does not correspond to the volume of your cargo according to the published tariff, Tramex Box will refund the difference to the customer.
We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for oversized or exceptionally heavy shipments (over 40 lbs).
In no event shall we be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential in excess of the declared value for carriage (including, but not limited to, loss of income or profits), whether or not we have been aware that there was a possibility of incurring such damages unless they were caused by our willful misconduct or proven gross negligence. We will not be liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, air hazards, weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of public enemies, wars, strikes, civil commotions, acts of terrorism, or acts or omissions of authorities (including all officials of state regulatory entities) with actual or apparent authority.
All packages must be reviewed before signing the acknowledgment of receipt of the package. If the delivery was made to the home, the customer has up to 48 hours to notify of the claim. Tramex Box can take 7-21 business days to respond to the claim depending on the type of claim. Claims are not allowed after the designated time to receive it.
